Debt collection
Although completing a negotiation, signing off a settlement or obtaining a favourable judgment are all cornerstones of your case, ensuring that it is enforced is equally important.
Your lawyer will support you throughout the stages that follow an out-of-court agreement or a judgment, particularly by arranging for a bailiff to be involved.
What are the lawyers' fees?
Fees indicated are the usual amounts, before VAT. These fees may vary depending on your particular requirements and the specific circumstances of each case (e.g. appeal, insurance company intervention, occurrence of new events, drafting new documents, participation to unexpected meetings, etc.).

💡 Remember to consult your insurer or broker, as you could benefit from an option or a stand-alone insurance policy known as a " Legal protection ".
If you have insurance " Legal protection , all or part of our fees may be reimbursed in accordance with the fee scale set out in your policy.
