The rates below are the usual fees, excl. VAT. They may vary with the specifics of each case (bringing in a liable third party or an insurer, new developments, amendments, attending expert meetings, and so on). You will find the full detail in your fee agreement, sent by email — with payment in instalments if you wish.

Your fees may already be covered
Check with your insurer or broker: many policies — home insurance, bank cards, health cover, business policies — include a stand-alone cover known as legal protection. If yours does, some or all of our fees may be covered, within your policy's scale. And you always keep free choice of your lawyer: your insurer cannot impose one. We'll help you check your cover and file the claim.
