Debt collection
Whilst completing a negotiation, signing off a settlement or obtaining a favourable judgment is a cornerstone of your case, ensuring that it is enforced is just as important.
Your lawyer will continue its support throughout each of the stages following an out-of-court agreement or a judgment, in particular through the intervention of a bailiff.
What are the lawyers' fees?
Fees indicated are the usual amounts, before VAT. These fees may vary depending on your particular requirements and the specific circumstances of each case (e.g. appeal, insurance company intervention, occurrence of new events, drafting new documents, participation to unexpected meetings, etc.).
